About Us

Since 1980, Rod's Datsun Parts has provided hard to find and original equipment manufacturer parts to Datsun lovers. Our business was founded by a military veteran who has worked with vehicles since the beginning of his career. He began as a vehicle inspector in Vietnam. When he returned to the U.S., he moved to Texas and was introduced to Datsun vehicles by a friend who owned one. After he entered school under the G.I. Bill, he traded his vehicle at the time for a 1969 Datsun, which he still owns to this day.

After his first Datsun purchase, the bond was sealed. He was invited to work at the dealership, where he apprenticed as a mechanic and parts specialist. After more than 10 years, he decided to open his own business and Rod's Datsun Parts was born. Since then, the business has progressed a great deal and now specializes in these hard-to-find collector's items.
